A company is looking for an Enterprise Manager Scheduling and Financial Preservice. Key Responsibilities Manage centralized scheduling for outpatient, inpatient, and ancillary services across all facilities Coordinate with clinical departments to optimize provider availability and appointment slots Oversee preregistration processes, including insurance eligibility and financial responsibility communications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field and five years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with ten years of experience Preferred : Master's degree in healthcare administration, health informatics, or related Preferred : Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) through HFMA Five years of experience in healthcare scheduling, with a preference for Epic certification Experience in registration, insurance verification, and estimate delivery
