A company is looking for an Education & Outreach Program Design Manager. Key Responsibilities Design and evolve scalable education and outreach frameworks, including intervention models and evaluation approaches Develop adaptable toolkits and intervention activities to support local engagement in diverse communities Apply performance tracking methods to monitor outreach interventions and refine program design based on insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Communications, Public Policy, or comparable experience (7+ years required) Minimum of 5 years of experience in program design, public engagement, or sustainability education Demonstrated success in managing large-scale outreach or behavior change campaigns Experience collaborating with government agencies, producers, and municipalities Experience with multilingual or multicultural outreach to enhance equity and accessibility
