A company is looking for an eCommerce QA Lead. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, implementation, and execution of Quality and Testing strategies for eCommerce software Establish and optimize functional testing approaches for regression and feature testing across various platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test cases, report defects, and ensure best practices in QA processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field 15 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience, including building and enhancing QA functions Experience testing web and client-server applications, developing test deliverables, and managing test cycles 10 years of experience with defect tracking tools and various testing methodologies 7 years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
