Key Responsibilities Serve as system administrator for legal billing software, managing vendor invoices and billing reports Support onboarding of outside counsel and legal vendors, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines Research and resolve billing inquiries, assist with billing reports, and identify process improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in legal billing within a corporate law department or law firm Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and eBilling systems, including LEDES and Tymetrix 360 Ability to analyze datasets and visualize insights using tools like Excel and Power BI Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
