A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Strategy & Insights Analyst (DoD Secret | Remote). Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and functional data requirements Analyze existing data workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements Build and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring metrics are accurate and well-defined Required Qualifications Experience in data analysis or business analysis within complex or regulated environments Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering Proficient in SQL for querying and validating data Hands-on experience with Tableau or Qlik (or comparable BI tools) Ability to communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
