A company is looking for a Disability Claims QA specializing in Long Term Disability. Key Responsibilities : Assess the quality of physician reports to ensure compliance with client and jurisdictional standards Verify claims support for physicians' determinations in long-term disability cases Provide customer service and oversight for complex long-term disability cases requiring additional review Required Qualifications, Training, and Education : Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of claims experience, with disability experience required Business experience in a healthcare and / or insurance setting is preferred Must work with a sense of urgency and be self-motivated Proficiency in navigating various computer programs
