Key Responsibilities Own the site marketing strategy and roadmap for upper-funnel experiences across homepage, landers, navigation, and SEO-driven content Partner with Media, SEO, and agency partners to align site experiences with traffic acquisition goals Implement A / B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and visitor-to-trial conversion Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, site marketing, or ecommerce roles Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in site conversion through CMS and marketing optimization Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and their interplay with site experiences Experience managing site merchandising and content optimization at scale Familiarity with CMS platforms, testing tools, and analytics systems a plus
