Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable people initiatives that enhance team performance Lead change and transformation initiatives as a trusted coach and implementation advisor Design and facilitate developmental workshops to build managerial capability and improve leadership effectiveness Required Qualifications Proven experience in strategic business partnership and talent management Strong coaching and facilitation skills Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs Ability to analyze people data and make data-driven decisions Experience in employee relations and fostering an inclusive workplace culture
