A company is looking for a Director of Ecommerce, International. Key Responsibilities Launch and scale international storefronts, overseeing localization, payments, logistics, and site performance Build and optimize the tech stack, managing Shopify plugins and third-party vendors Drive improvements in conversion, AOV, LTV, and nCAC through experimentation and optimization Required Qualifications 8+ years of ecommerce experience, with 5+ years in launching and operating non-US DTC websites Deep hands-on experience with Shopify Markets and Global Payments 5+ years of experience with Shopify and relevant third-party vendors Experience in subscription business models is strongly preferred Experience working for US companies expanding internationally is preferred
