A company is looking for a Director of Impact + Evaluation who will define, measure, and communicate the real-world outcomes of their product. Key Responsibilities Inform the organizational approach to measuring outcomes across all products Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess efficacy and ROI of programs Conduct product data analysis to recommend enhancements and support cross-functional collaboration Required Qualifications 5+ years in program evaluation, education research, or data analytics Deep understanding of K-12 systems and decision-making processes Strong data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python / R) Experience developing theories of change or educational frameworks Graduate degree in education, data science, psychology, or related fields preferred
