A company is looking for a Director of Global Quality to lead and unify global quality assurance and control teams. Key Responsibilities Champion the development and execution of a unified global quality strategy Oversee the implementation of effective measurement and control systems for quality assurance Manage the global quality team, including recruitment, training, and development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred 10+ years of experience in quality management with leadership in global environments Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for consumer and commercial products Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and technology-driven quality management processes Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
