Key Responsibilities Develop and execute communication strategies promoting quality, safety, and customer service across global operations Support executive and senior leaders with communication strategies to enhance engagement and visibility Lead organizational communications for announcements, restructuring, and transformation initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in communication or related discipline preferred 8-10+ years of communications experience within the pharmaceutical industry required Ability to translate complex scientific and commercial concepts into clear narratives Proven ability to lead communications around sensitive matters Strong collaborator and relationship builder across all levels and functions
