Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Field Medical Marketing team and brand strategy Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and KOL engagement strategies Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards while fostering cross-functional collaboration Required Qualifications BS / BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience Extensive managerial experience in pharmaceutical / biotech marketing and sales Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles managing field-based sales or marketing teams Experience in neuropsychiatry therapeutic area preferred but not required
