Key Responsibilities Manage and direct workplace services, operations, and asset planning for a portfolio Develop financial plans for cost control and ensure compliance with contract obligations Lead and mentor facilities management staff to achieve operational excellence Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in property portfolio management or facility management Experience with human resource and performance management processes Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred
