A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Learning. Key Responsibilities Lead the vision and strategy for the enterprise learning ecosystem, aligning initiatives with business priorities Design and implement frameworks and standards to ensure quality and accountability across learning programs Oversee large-scale learning initiatives and develop change management strategies for new programs and technologies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 8+ years of progressive experience in leading enterprise learning or talent development initiatives Proven ability to design and scale learning programs aligned with business strategy Experience building governance structures for consistency and quality in learning Hands-on expertise with learning technologies, including LMS platforms and instructional design tools
