A company is looking for a Director, Capital Projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain capital project delivery and maturity roadmaps in collaboration with organization leaders Evaluate and improve enterprise program and project delivery policies to ensure successful project completion Lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers and coordinators while ensuring resource alignment with capital project priorities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required 10+ years of enterprise project management leadership experience required 5 years' experience in project portfolio leadership within healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) required Knowledge of PBM operations and capital planning processes required Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment required
