Key Responsibilities Lead the transition of IT from a utility provider to a strategic partner, focusing on customer-centric scalability Drive organizational change management and build governance structures for AI initiatives Transform data projects into high-impact products that enhance the end customer experience Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline 7+ years of experience in IT / Business Technology management 3+ years of experience managing large-scale Organizational Change initiatives Proven track record in transitioning IT to a strategic partnership model Direct experience with enterprise-wide platforms and a "Zero-to-One" mindset
