A company is looking for a Director of Business Systems to optimize internal technologies and manage a team of experts. Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of business systems experts, conducting performance reviews and providing coaching Coordinate the Business Systems product roadmap, balancing internal needs with business priorities Design optimized business processes and manage the execution of user acceptance testing for technical solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field 7+ years of experience in product management, business process optimization, or program management Proven track record of managing and developing mid-sized teams of product managers or technical staff Deep experience as a power user or admin of core business systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, etc.) Exposure to ETL tools, relational databases, and digital marketing channels
