A company is looking for a Digital Media QA Specialist to ensure quality and efficiency in operational processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities Support quality assurance for specific domains and maintain processes for testing tracking URLs across campaigns Reconcile reporting between internal and external platforms and conduct investigations on discrepancies Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure QA standards are met and communicate process improvements Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in operations or quality assurance within digital media advertising Understanding of Postback URL tracking and performance marketing methods Experience with tracking tools such as Tune & Yieldspark and project management tools like Asana Familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI Proven ability to analyze performance reports to enhance operational efficiency
