A company is looking for a Digital Advertising Director to lead a team in managing paid media campaigns. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of advertising strategists, providing strategic direction and creative guidance Manage high-stakes client campaigns by developing media strategies, optimizing performance, and reporting results Ensure consistent excellence in advertising work through quality assurance, budget management, and coordination with data teams Required Qualifications Proven ability to build performance-driven campaigns that engage target audiences and meet KPIs Deep platform expertise in Meta, Google Ads, and at least one DSP or other programmatic / managed service vendor Experience in marketing research and statistical analysis to inform strategy and optimize performance Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and optimizing media budgets across channels Proven people-management experience, balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership
