Key Responsibilities Create and execute a comprehensive talent strategy to support development needs Define and execute the development strategy aligned with the Digital Solutions vision Lead the implementation of modern engineering practices and streamline delivery workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 10 years of software development experience Minimum of 5 years of experience leading cross-functional development teams Deep expertise in cloud platforms and Agile / SAFe concepts Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
