Key Responsibilities Define the design vision, strategy, and operating model for collaboration across the company Lead and coach the design team to elevate craft, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration Drive excellence in Discovery and Delivery across research, ideation, prototyping, and execution Required Qualifications 10+ years in Product / UI / UX Design 4+ years in design leadership roles (Lead, Manager, Director, or similar) Strong expertise in Discovery and Delivery, with a track record of improving product outcomes Ability to develop, hire, mentor, and coach designers at different seniority levels Advanced level of English
