A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Technician I. Key Responsibilities Investigate potential security threats and escalate issues as needed Assess customer cybersecurity support needs and ensure compliance with policies Review alerts and assist in incident response and forensic analysis Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required) Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred Minimum of two years of cybersecurity or IT experience (required) Security+ certification is highly preferred; additional certifications such as CySA+, A+, and Net+ are a plus Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
