A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Specialist to design, optimize, and scale processes that empower Customer Success efforts. Key Responsibilities Build and document repeatable workflows for customer onboarding, renewals, and expansions Own HubSpot CRM setup and optimization for Customer Success workflows Develop and maintain Customer Success dashboards and metrics to provide actionable insights Required Qualifications 4-6+ years in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or RevOps Experience in SaaS, healthtech, or pharma with high-touch / high price point client base Strong experience using HubSpot as a CRM, including workflows and reporting Proven ability to design and implement processes in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with strong Excel / Sheets skills; exposure to AI for reporting is a plus
