A company is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Care. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct the team to meet goals, regulatory compliance, and department standards Conduct coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and team meetings to enhance team performance Analyze data to identify trends and develop action plans for continuous improvement Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred Three years of customer service experience, with at least one year in a call center environment Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a call center is strongly preferred Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with the healthcare field and knowledge of Medicaid or Medicare is preferred
