A company is looking for a Cultural Resources Team Lead at the Lead Level. Key Responsibilities Provide management and leadership to the cultural resources program and staff Ensure high-quality technical work, including project management and quality control reviews Develop client relationships and manage project performance to meet strategic goals Required Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Archaeology, Anthropology, History, or a closely related field At least eight years of experience in cultural resources fieldwork, consulting, and project management Experience supervising and mentoring professionals in the field Demonstrated success in business development and proposal writing Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
