A company is looking for a Creative Director to lead its internal creative team and enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities Establish operational systems for reliable project delivery and transparent communication with stakeholders Set and maintain high visual standards for all creative assets, ensuring they meet brand guidelines Implement AI tools to increase creative output and manage a multi-disciplinary team through hiring and coaching Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading creative teams, with at least 2 years in a director-level role Experience in a high-growth company as an internal creative stakeholder Proven track record of building operational systems that enhance delivery reliability Hands-on experience with AI tools in creative workflows Strong creative taste across various formats including ads, web, and video
