A company is looking for a Vice President (VP) of Accounting who will manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and oversee all accounting functions Provide technical accounting guidance on U.S. GAAP standards and collaborate with external auditors Prepare and review financial statements while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and lender agreements Required Qualifications CPA required 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in fintech or financial services Big 4 experience strongly preferred Experience with CECL or credit-loss modeling required Strong GAAP technical foundation
