A company is looking for a CO Response Manager who will support contract operations and ensure compliance while managing schedules and communication across delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Playbook modules focused on Mission Partner (MP) engagement and compliance Engage MPs early to ensure alignment with project objectives and collaborate with CO Delivery Teams Assist with strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives and support proposal development Required Qualifications BA / BS degree in a related field 10+ years of experience in technical writing, proposal development, and project management PMP certification required; Agile Scrum certification preferred Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory Strong understanding of compliance, schedule management, and IT project coordination
