Key Responsibilities Execute the annual compensation cycle and performance management processes Support year-end awards planning and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on offer development Develop and maintain compensation tools and audit recommendations for accuracy Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred 4+ years of experience in compensation, HR operations, or related roles Experience with compensation systems and analytical skills Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with Power BI and Oracle compensation planning tools is a plus
