Key Responsibilities Manage the Job Levelling process to ensure internal equity and alignment with organizational design principles Create materials for senior leadership and facilitate job levelling approval meetings Identify opportunities to enhance the Job Architecture program and collaborate with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational environment Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g., finance, HR) Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Willis Towers Watson, Mercer) Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS experience (Workday preferred) Demonstrated ability to consult with senior leaders and manage confidential issues with discretion
