A company is looking for a Community Impact Program Manager to enhance employee engagement and community involvement. Key Responsibilities Design and implement programs that foster employee connection across various locations and backgrounds Manage and develop the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program to ensure meaningful contributions to company culture Lead community impact initiatives, including volunteer programs and partnerships with customers and partners Required Qualifications Passion for community building and enhancing workplace culture Experience in community engagement, employee programming, or related fields Ability to influence outcomes through effective relationship-building and program design Proven track record in managing Employee Resource Groups or similar programs Strong project management skills with a focus on organization and data-driven decision-making
