Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee an email management platform to enhance one-contact resolution Create and analyze KPI reporting to measure team performance Support training and development across Finance and Accounting teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience successfully leading a team Background in banking, finance, or accounting Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
