A company is looking for a Supervisor - Bullpen. Key Responsibilities Communicate expectations and provide motivation to the team to meet quality standards Monitor activity and provide feedback to employees on performance and improvement opportunities Ensure compliance with laws and company policies while managing team performance and discipline Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required Associate's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of previous collections experience required; 4 years preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to supervise and train staff effectively
