A company is looking for a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide support for dental insurance inquiries. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and eligibility in a professional manner Provide accurate information to resolve member and provider inquiries Document all customer interactions thoroughly and educate customers on eligibility and claims Required Qualifications 2 years of experience in a call center support role 2 years of experience speaking Mandarin and Chinese 1 year of experience in customer service High school diploma or equivalent Experience level : Experienced
