A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (Deputy Director) to oversee and manage internal operations for a nonprofit research initiative. Key Responsibilities Advise on financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management Lead strategic planning and implementation processes, monitoring progress and managing the operations team Upgrade and implement internal policies and technology infrastructure to support organizational growth Required Qualifications BA required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management roles, with financial management experience in a nonprofit or academic setting Familiarity with nonprofit finance and accounting regulations Proven track record of facilitating organizational change and development Experience overseeing procurement processes within large institutions
