A company is looking for a Channel Sales and Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a multi-functional partner sales team, managing daily execution across various functions Drive sales performance and ensure the team meets or exceeds quota and client expectations Conduct client-facing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and act as a strategic liaison between stakeholders Required Qualifications Previous B2B sales experience; indirect channel sales experience preferred Management or leadership experience, including hiring and coaching Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus Solid understanding of cloud-based technology and tools Self-reliant and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
