A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Program Manager (Remote). Key Responsibilities Conduct reviews / audits of charge capture practices and provide education to clinical staff Ensure compliance and consistency in the Charge Description Master (CDM) and evaluate related requests Lead projects to enhance revenue capture and improve efficiencies in the charge capture process Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience Five years of progressively responsible experience in a related field Proficiency in hospital and professional revenue cycle operations Strong understanding of coding conventions and third-party payer regulations Relevant certifications such as Certified Outpatient Coder or Certified Professional Coder preferred
