A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to support a leading-edge technology client in the commercial real estate sector. Key Responsibilities Prepare vouchers for commission collection and manage listing and deal files in compliance with regulations Create and maintain files for executed agreements, distribute renewal information, and manage property signs inventory Assist with trust accounts for earnest monies, process deposits, and ensure adherence to revenue recognition policies Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree is a plus Up to 2 years of job-related experience, preferably in commercial real estate or transactions Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products Basic math skills for calculating simple figures Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
