A company is looking for a Business Systems Manager (Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage team leadership, planning efforts, and performance evaluations while developing team members Oversee the completion of day-to-day changes, corporate initiatives, and ensure effective Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities Direct planning sessions and develop project management plans for changes and initiatives, including resource estimates and budget development Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree 5 years of Business Analysis experience 1 year of supervisory or progressive leadership experience Certification in applicable domain area is preferred In-depth experience with technologies, systems, and business processes related to the department
