A company is looking for a Business Operations Data Analyst - Remote. Key Responsibilities Conducts analysis to identify opportunities for member and provider satisfaction, regulatory adherence, and cost avoidance Collaborates with technology stakeholders to communicate business and technical requirements Initiates and oversees claim projects while tracking issues and resolutions for documentation Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on operational experience, including experience with CSP Facets claims tools 2+ years of business analysis experience with the ability to gather unclear requirements Demonstrated experience using front-end reporting tools such as Orbit Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience utilizing SQL for data extraction
