A company is looking for a Business Analyst (OFIN) Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities Elicit and evaluate requirements while collaborating with customers and stakeholders Provide technical solutions for complex business functionalities and lead customer demos Identify gaps in product versus customer business requirements and develop optimized solutions Required Qualifications Master's degree or bachelor's degree with 9+ years of business analysis or related experience Minimum 5+ years of experience in large complex projects within the healthcare domain Strong knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid Management Information System and vendor receivables / payables Proficiency in SQL and experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience leading and mentoring teams in customer-facing requirements and design sessions
