Key Responsibilities Train billing teams on best practices and assist in their transition to the Prompt platform Support teams in submission, posting, invoicing, and AR best practices Develop workflows tailored to unique team needs using the EMR / PM system Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the medical billing industry Experience billing for outpatient physical therapy clinics Strong technical skills with various software platforms Highly proficient in MS Excel Passion for understanding and learning software
