A company is looking for a Billing Operations Analyst to support invoicing and revenue functions for multiple manufacturing plants. Key Responsibilities Research and resolve escalated invoicing questions and billing-related credits Prepare metric reporting and assist with billing-related issues Provide training and present monthly results to leadership Required Qualifications Proven analytical skills Demonstrated organizational skills Ability to work in a team environment Experience with invoicing systems and financial processes Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
