A company is looking for a Billing & Collections Team Lead, responsible for overseeing billing operations and resolving complex Accounts Receivable issues. Key Responsibilities Oversee billing tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Analyze and resolve complex Accounts Receivable and denial issues Provide guidance and support to billing and collections staff Required Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management Behavioral Health billing and collections experience required Prior leadership or senior-level experience strongly preferred
