A company is looking for a Sales Auditor - Bilingual. Key Responsibilities Conduct weekly production evaluations for assigned agents Audit all inbound and outbound communications with members, prospective members, and agents Create and present reporting based on auditing trends and findings Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in a call center required Knowledge of customer service expectations related to quality and service required Knowledge of HIPAA regulations required Must obtain a Medicare producers license within 90 days of employment
