A company is looking for a Full-Time Work-From-Home Bilingual (English / Spanish) Answering Service Agent for 1st Shift. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing accurate and professional service on calls Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective communication and support Adhere to the required schedule, including weekend and holiday shifts Required Qualifications Must reside in Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Proven customer service experience is necessary Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Ability to meet work-from-home requirements, including a high-speed wired internet connection
