A company is looking for a Banking Operations Specialist to support daily banking operations in Seattle, WA. Key Responsibilities Process and monitor ACH transactions, wire transfers, and debit / credit card disputes accurately Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations for electronic payments Research and resolve payment discrepancies and provide exceptional service regarding payment-related inquiries Required Qualifications High School Diploma One (1)+ year of experience in electronic payment processing within a financial institution Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management related to electronic payments Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
