Key Responsibilities Scale revenue to $100M+ and prove the Fount playbook for independent professionals Build a repeatable vertical launch engine starting with the legal sector Own the P&L, pricing, packaging, and growth roadmap for the B2B portfolio Required Qualifications Experience in the independent / small practitioner market, preferably from companies like Intuit or Shopify Proven track record of scaling a business from early revenue to tens of millions Strong understanding of AI and its application in business growth Experience in building acquisition and conversion strategies for SMBs / solos Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on bold execution and innovation
