Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for client retention, renewal, and expansion Design and implement account-based marketing programs to strengthen client relationships and support upsell opportunities Translate enterprise-level strategy into integrated campaigns that enhance client engagement and drive sales pipeline goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience with expertise in client relations or account management Experience in healthcare, particularly with knowledge of health plans, is highly preferred Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable improvements Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively across teams
